"What should I bring to class?"

We would recommend a swimsuit, towel, goggles, water bottle, and a swim cap! All other equipment used in the workout will be supplied.

 

 There will be restrooms, changing rooms, and showers available.

"Are there scalable options for the workout?"

Absolutely! We offer modifications in all of our workouts so that athletes can find the right intensity and challenge for their fitness level. 

"Where is class being held?"

We utilize different facilities depending on the class and time of year. When registering for your class via Somble, the location will be listed in the description!
